From fabric in to dispatch: six stations under one roof.
Your product moves through the plant in this order. Each station has an owner and a quality record so every lot is traceable.
Fabric Intake & Storage
Incoming fabrics and accessories are checked for width, length, weight and color consistency, divided into batches and stored in an air-conditioned area.
CAD/CAM Cutting Room
With computerized marker placement and automatic cutting, fabric wastage is minimized and all layers are cut to the same size.
Pattern Room & Samples
Pattern, size serialization and sample sewing are done here. Fit and washing tests are completed before mass production.
Sewing Lines
Sewing is done with machines arranged in the order of operation, on bands separated by product type. Production quantities are tracked throughout the day.
Pressing & Finishing
The product is made ready for the store shelf by steam ironing, thread cleaning, label and accessory control.
Quality Control & Shipping
Final inspection is carried out according to AQL 2.5, and the products are folded, boxed and loaded suitable for export.
